| Details: | SUMMARY: primary well went down - had repair done DETAILS: The primary well (Well #1) went down over the Labor Day weekend. The emergency well was then brought on-line. PGG came out and repaired Well #1 on 9/9/10. The check valve was replaced and the metal pipe from the well was replaced with PVC. The well was chlorinated to take care of any construction contamination. ACTION NEEDED: System to still collect an assessment source sample from Well #1. Will wait till week of Sept 13th to bring in. | ||
