| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI8103 DETAILS: I called and spoke with Jerry about the detection. A new submersible pump and check valve were recently installed and no disinfection was done afterward. There was also a leaking pipe at the well head. Jerry is going to have the leak repaired and the well and distribution shock chlorinated. He will then take repeat samples followed by five temporary routine samples in September. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-Up on repeat samples. | ||
