| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI8017 DETAILS: Sample taken 08-05-10 was positive for TC. Sample was taken by Alexin Analytical Lab. Spoke to Mr. Olinger by phone and he had already arranged for Alexin to take the well sample. He will wait for the well sample to decide how to chlorinate the system. A new hook up took place at the end of the system since the last sample. He understands a Tier Two Public notice needs to be issued within the next 30days. Five temporary routine samples are due. ACTION NEEDED: Issue Tier Two Public Notice, take a five temporary routine samples as required. | ||
