| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert ID: COLI8040 DETAILS: Cole called and reported the repeat detection at the same site as the routine. He mentioned they used the kitchen sink to take the sample. Cole is going to provide a public notice. He is also going to take some special samples to try and isolate the contamination (the kitchen tap is suspect). I reminded Cole to report five temporary routine samples in September. ACTION NEEDED: Five routines in September. | ||
