Details: SUMMARY: ALERT ID: COLI8038 DETAILS: Wayne called and mentioned the repeat detections. They did provide a public notice (attached). Wayne said they were able to flush they system and have taken additional sample, including the source that have all come back absent for TC. I reminded him to report five temporary routines in September. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples in September.
