Details: SUMMARY: Discussed M&R violation #3433406 for source sample. DETAILS: Spoke to Jim Nash about violation. Jim said that he told the owner that the violation was for not taking one of the repeats at the raw sample tap. Jim said the owner wants to wait for the next water system survey to install an easily accessible (not under the concrete pit cover) raw sample tap. ACTION NEEDED: none
