| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up to E. Coli DETAILS: 08/30/10 - Spoke to Russ K about the positive E. coli. We are going t consider the E-Coli sample as confirmed due to the past E. Coli detections. I called Mary to inform her that she will need to install 4-Log inactivation immediately and due MPA. She will also need to post the boil water notice and inform all residense of the boil water notice immediatley. Mary agrred to the boil water notice and said she would have Kristi (opark manager) take care of it. May is going to call Stutzman and Jim Nash to get help with the 4-log and MPA. Both Marys, Russ, Jay and myself are goingto meet her 9/10910, at Linn County. ACTION NEEDED: See what happens at the meeting. | ||
