Details:	SUMMARY: Discussion of Recent Violations Noted on SDWIS DETAILS: Discussed w/Mr. Mark LaBart, two violations recently posted in the on-line data base, SDWIS. 1) No coliform sample submitted between April and June 2010 Mark said he thought the sampling had been done. If he finds documentation of this he will call me for instruction or ask his lab to resubmit the info to the State. 2) No surface water report submitted for the month of July 2010. Mark said it was submitted/mailed in over the last weekend (08/14-15). He realized it was already past the 10th day of the month "late deadline" when he mailed it. He expects the violation to eventually change to a "late sub-mission" rather than "failed to submit". ACTION NEEDED: Mark LaBart will determine if coliform sampling was done over recent time frame and if "yes" will see that any reports are resubmitted.
