| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed reapeat sample results and below grade well. DETAILS: Jim Nash called to let us know that the four repeat samples came back non-detect. He said he wasnt able to get a raw water sample. I informed him that the system would receive a violation for not taking one. We also discussed the well being below grade. I informed him that the system will be due for a survey next year and that this will be a significant deficiency. I contacted Amy Parmenter to make sure I was correct in telling him that is would be a significant violation and she said that if they have a sump pump of drain in the pit and they can verify that theres not standing water in the pit, it may be allowed. They can install a raw sample tap above ground as long as it is before any treatment. I contacted Jim Nash and he said he would let he property owners know. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
