Details: SUMMARY: Review of completed ERP for above system. DETAILS: Visited with Dave in field on 05/11/10 to complete a sanitary survey of the water system. During this inspection, ERP was reviewed for completion. The ERP was found to have all the basic elements in place, including a lost of emergency contact information, a written protocol for dealing with a water emergency, as well as a vulnerability assessment and a lsit of corrections. The ERP was reviewed and found to meet them minimum water system security requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Update ERP on as as needed basis.
