| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up regarding LCR sampling, resolution of violation #694810 DETAILS: Resolution of violation 694810. Called Gabrielle a second time on 08/09/10 (after speaking with lab again). Samples were taken 06/24, results reported 07/08/10. In speaking with lab, they had just sent the LCR results to the State DWP for this system this morning (on 08/09/10). Again mentioned t submit the samples sooner, but samples for the above violation have been submitted and results now sent to the State DWP. This violation is resolved. Reviewed the LCR schedule with her again and stated the next round of LCR samples will be due by 12/31/10, and best if they are submitted in early November 2010 to allow ample time for results to be submitted. She is still on a 6 month LCR cycle until further notice (this may be reduced to once every 3 years if there is no issues with the next round of monitoring). ACTION NEEDED: Submit next round of LCR n early November 2010, but must be reported to state before 12/31/10. | ||
