| Details: | Spoke with staff member regarding the repeat samples that were submitted on 9/16 that were all positive for coliform. We discuss disinfection techniques at the well and distribution system. I also mention that these samples were due shortly after the positive routine sample. She claims she was too busy to submit them in a timely manner. | ||
