| Details: | SUMMARY: Review of completed ERP for above system. DETAILS: Visited with Mike in field on 05/21/10 to complete a sanitary survey of the water system. During this inspection, the ERP was reviewed for completion. The ERP was found to have all the basic elements in place, including a list of emergency contacts information, a written protocol for dealing with a water emergency, as well as a vulnerability assessment and a list of corrections. The ERP was reviewed and found to meet the minimum water system security requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Update ERP on an as needed basis. | ||
