| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up / completion of significant deficiencies identified during sanitary survey. DETAILS: Met with Donna on 08/26/10 to review the list of items identified during the sanitary survey on 02/19/10. An emergency response plan has been completed, a water tap has been installed on the well head, as well as the system now has in place a coliforn sampling plan and operations and maintenance manual. This system has corrected all the significant deficiencies as identified during the February, 2010 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
