| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine E. coli posiitve sample date 08/02/10. DETAILS: Steve Dahl left a voice mail on Kathleen Walkers voice mail to take repeat samples. I was notified by Pete Farrelly at DHS-DWP that since this was an E-coli they need to take five repeats at the source (HP). I emailed Kathleen to let her know that five repeats were needed at the hand pump instead of the usual four. Steve mentioned in his voice mail to take five temporary routines samples in month of September. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling and respond if necessary. | ||
