| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine E-coli positive for sample date 08/02/10. DETAILS: Steve Dahl left a voice mail on Kathleen Walkers voice mail to take repeat samples. I was notified by Pete Farrelly at DHS-DWP that since this was an E-coli they need to take five repeats at the source (HP). I emailed Kathleen to let her know that 5 repeats were needed at the hand pump instead of the usual four. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling and respond if necessary. | ||
