| Details: | SUMMARY: 3/4 Repeat TC positive for sample date 08/02/10. DETAILS: Contacted Chris Lewis to inform him that all of the distribution system samples were positive while the source was absent. Let him know that he needed to issue a public notice for unresolved tc positive. I emailed the link to him and asked him to send me a completed copy. He said he would post the notice. He indicated that he would disinfect the dist system and run a chlorine residual of .5 for a couple of weeks to disinfect the distribution system. He let me know that he and Brian worked on the float for the reservoir so this may be the cause. Let him know that they would need to take five temporary routine samples for the month of August. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice. Monitor follow up samples and respond as necessay. | ||
