| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussion with operator regarding routine TC+. DETAILS: Received a call from Don Thoma notifying us of what he said was a positive E. coli sample. The alert had not yet been received. We discussed the repeat process and he said the bottles should arrive tomorrow (Tues, 7/20) and he would take the repeats then. The alert came later that afternoon and indicated that the sample was only TC+ not E. coli. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the repeats. | ||
