| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to M and /r violation # 110 for TCR. DETAILS: Contacted system about M & M violation for TCR. Old contact Josh Travers is no longer with the system. I spoke with Laura who said we should make the contact Mike Kroon at (503)589-2151. She said he would only be the contact for the next few weeks and does not know who will be next. She took the sample on 07/15/10. I checked SDWIS later in the day and it was reported on07/28/10. ACTION NEEDED: Violation resolved. | ||
