| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine TC+ follow up DETAILS: Called Nathan 07/30 and discussed three repeat TC+ samples. Fourth quarter sample taken next day. Called 08/03 and well source absent. Nathan will chlorinate and look for source of contamination. A sanitary survey is planned for 8/5. Discussed public notice to be sent within 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Find and correct problem, distribute PN and get a copy to his office. Take five temporary routines in August. | ||
