| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to Coliform Alert DETAILS: Spoke with Gena. Five repeat samples were submitted. One sample from the source and four other in the distribution. Gena said that the positive RT was taken from the employee hand washing sink (not a normal sample point). Recommend a bathroom sink or outside spigot with a faucet that does not have a screen or swivel. Gena will try a different tap next quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for results. Five temporary routine samples required in September 2010. | ||
