Details: SUMMARY: Responded to Chemical Alert DETAILS: One of the chemicals samples as part of the SOCs-DI (2-Ethylhexyl)-Phthalate confirmation sample exceeded 1/2 the MCL. Quarterly monitoring required for this one chemical. If two quarters are reliably and constantly below the MCL then can be reduced to annually. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly Monitoring required beginning third quarter of 2010.
