Told him that he needs to get a hold of ANALYTICAL LABORATORY & CONSULTANTS INC to come and take four repeat samples within twenty-four hours. ACTION NEEDED: collect four repeat samples within twenty-four hours. At least five routine samples also required during the next month (Late August). Awaiting results. | ||
