| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to Coliform Repeats DETAILS: Spoke with Jim. He believes the storage tank has a possible overgrowth of bacteria (brown algae growing on walls). Recommended draining the storage tank and cleaning it. Refill and shock chlorinate the water system including each individual home site. Guided Jim on the website to the disinfecting well page and the proper amount of bleach to put into an 8,000 gallon storage tank. Also explained the public notice template and the requirement to post prior to shock chlorination. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice. Five temporary samples required in September, 2010. | ||
