| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Investigation - non-reporting VIO # 3522711 DETAILS: Phone consult wit operator. Sybil said she recalled doing the test. It must not have been sent in. She will check on it. School does open in 9/13. They will test again prior to opening. This will fulfill 3rd quarter. Public notice required. Sybil will also check on the bi-monthly WQP data sheets. No report has been submitted since April of 2009. Also discussed future Lead and Copper testing. We set up a time to meet on Sept. 28 to get the testing done.
