| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation # 3458603- Failed to do 2nd quarter Coliform Sample - 2010 DETAILS: I spoke with Steve Howard (Operator) on the phone, I notified him of violation. He said they did not do the coliform sampling for 2nd quarter 2010. I informed him of the basic notice requirements and to fax in copy to the State DWP. I also reminded him to do 3rd quarter coliform sample. ACTION NEEDED: Will see if he does it. | ||
