| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation #3462514 - Failed to report 2nd quarter coliform 2010 DETAILS: I spoke to operator Malorie Lawrence. I informed her of the violation. She said the test was done and just not sent. I told her to fax to State DWP ASAP. I also informed her of the public notice requirement and to fax a cop to State DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Will see if she does. | ||
