| Details: | SUMMARY: Violatio # 1756906 - Failed to report Coliform test results 2nd quarter 2010. DETAILS: I spoke to the operator Fili Aquilera. I informed him of rhe violation. He does not know if it lab took the sample. I told him to fax in the test results to State DQP if they took them. I also informed him about the public notice requirement and to fax a copy to the State DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Will see if he does. | ||
