| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert - TC+ Routine DETAILS: I informed new operator (Joe Slivinski) of the alert. He said he did four repeat samples and one was positive. There are no repeat test results on SDWIS yet. I told him to so five routines the following month and mark them as temporary routines. He said he is working with HPS well service to determine what the problem is and will shock the well today and retest in a couple of days. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for results | ||
