| Details: | SUMMARY: VIOLATION: Failed to do second quarter coliform sample 2010. Violation ID #4 DETAILS: I spoke with Steve Howard (operator) on the phone. I notified him of violation. He said they did not do the coliform sampling for the second quarter 2010. I informed him of the Public Notice notification and faxed in copy to State DWP. I also reminded him to do third quarter coliform sample. ACTION NEEDED: August 10, 2010. Test results now on SDWIS. | ||
