| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: Coliform Positive Routine DETAILS: I spoke with operator Anne Meeuwsen on the phone. I informed her of the alert. She said they shocked the well but did not shock the distribution system, which is why there is a positive test. I informed her of the requirement to do five temporary routines after a total coliforn positive test result the previous month. She failed to do the repeats right away and since it is now into the next month she should just do the five temporary routines. I also asked her to-do a public notice and fax it into the State DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting fo rresults and public notice. | ||
