| Details: | SUMMARY: VIOLATION: Failed to report coliform test results first quarter 2010. DETAILS: I contacted Dan Hall who took over for Collin Cross. I informed him of the violation. He said he has the test results and will fax then to me. I asked him to also fax the to the State DWP. I reminded him to do the public notice for monitoring and reporting, post on site and send copy to State DWP. ACTION NEEDED: waiting for results and public notice post | ||
