| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact regarding "Corrective Action Plan" DETAILS: On July 20, 2010, a water system survey was performed at this water system. The correction plan was due on 08/27/10. Bernie Wells represents Crag Rats organization which leases the facility from the USFS. Bernie reported that they are working in the deficiencies, and a written notice should arrive at the Health Department within a week or two. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure that corrections are taking place. | ||
