Details:	SUMMARY: routine +EC DETAILS: Ralph reported + routine EC from test collected 9-22-10. Said that chlorinator failed and will need to be replaced. Should get replaced tomorrow. ACTION NEEDED: Interim - do not let public have access to the water. Contact Department of Ag. He will restore cl2 residual and collect repeat samples. Sample source raw water. Report results to state and Ag.
