| Details: | SUMMARY: response to 9/7/10 routine total positive DETAILS: Spoke with Dick today after discussions on the systems follow up to 9/7/10 routine total positive. Dick took four repeats in system on 9/9/10, and a regularly required monthly assessment well sample on 9/7 (all absent). I explained that I would request of DMCE that 9/7/10 assessment sample would satisfy the triggered source requirement to take a sample at well after positive. Dick asked if 5 temporary routines in October could be waived, as he claimed cause of positive on 9/7 was broken meter (fixed before repeats taken). I consulted with DWP and Clackamas County staff, and explained to Dick that there was contamination in the system and I am not comfortable waiving 5 temporary routines, when there was contamination at the tap on 9/7. ACTION NEEDED: Dick to take 5 temporary routines in October. James to request of DMCE that 9/9/10 sample currently labeled as assessment, be correctly labeled as a repeat in system, and that 9/7/10 assessment well sample serve as required triggered. | ||
