| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ in distribution DETAILS: Spoke to James regarding the routine total coliform positive on 9/22 in the distribution system and informed him to collect 3 repeat samples and a source water sample. He has already collected the samples and will notify the State next week with the results. On 9/27, received call from JR on a repeat total coliform positive in distribution. An electrical storm may have caused Well #2 to go out resulting in water hammer in the system. They have chlorinated and will flush the system. Well #1 was not in use at time of total coliform positive. Public notice templates were emailed to him. ACTION NEEDED: Water system needs to send copy of public notice to State and collect 5 routine coliform samples in October. | ||
