| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Topper with Malheur ESD called regarding the TC positive sample collected at the school on 9/22/10. Reviewed repeat sampling requirements: four repeat samples and one triggered source sample from before the UV unit. Asked Topper to check if the UV was working and the last bulb replacement date. Topper will collect these next week. ACTION NEEDED: ESD to collect repeat samples and source sample. | ||
