| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed concerns about management paractices with complaintant. DETAILS: Received complaint about the operator of the water system not taking the job seriously. Complainant didnt think CCRs had been done for a couple of years. I checked SDWIS and they are up to date. They did turn in 2008 late. They are concerned that the operator wasnt aware that he needed to flush/sanitize the lines after he did the repairs to the system. I did speak to the operator several months ago about this issue. Their survey is scheduled for 10/06/10, and I will review all concerns complainant. has with the operator. ACTION NEEDED: Review with operator after survey issue of flushing /sanitizing after repairs to the system. | ||
