| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed sampling requirements with new operator. DETAILS: Mike called to ask why they received a violation card in the mail. He said it was from August. I explained it was due to the fact that the system did not take a coliform sample in the 2nd quarter. They took their sample on July 15, 2010. I reminded him that they would need to take one more sample in the 4th quarter. They close on Oct. 31, 2010. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for 4th quarter sample. | ||
