| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance with September temporary routines DETAILS: Mark called to follow up a violation post card received and wanted to know what monitoring is needed in the future. I indicated that the violation was for more than one total coliform positive at the hatchery in August, and that a source sample was not taken after the August positives. I indicated that the system needs to take five temporary routines the month following any positive at the hatchery, and that DWP records only indicated one sample taken on 9/13/10. Mark stated that he was directed earlier to take one quarterly sample. I clarified with Multnomah County Env. Health. ACTION NEEDED: Mark to take the balance of 4 temporary routines today (9/30/10). Mult. Co to provide initial support if any are positive to the Hatchery, with DWP availble to consult County. | ||
