Details: SUMMARY: Bear Creek Hideout Water Outage DETAILS: Michael Stanya left message for Lincoln County Environmental Health phone line regarding loss of water over Labor Day Weekend. REHS relayed information regarding problem and repair of water system over the Labor Day Weekend. Water service was lost on Saturday and did not come back online until Monday with very low pressure. Water system operator was contacted and mailbox was full, thus not allowing a message to be left. Mr. Stanya was upset regarding the fact that no information was relayed to users as to what the problem was nor that work was being done to fix the problem. Mr. Stanya complained of low water pressure currently at his residence on the morning of Tuesday, 09/07/10. REHS asked if a pressure reading could be takey and his residence on 1635 North Alvord Lane to which he agreed. Pressure reading taken at 330 in the afternoon was 32 psi, Mr. Stanya said that pressure had increased during the day. ACTION NEEDED: None
