| Details: | SUMMARY: Bear Creek Hideout Water Outage DETAILS: Norma Jean Washburn left phone message on Lincoln County Environmental Health phone line regarding loss of water over Labor Day Weekend. REHS relayed information regarding problem and repair of water system over the Labor Day Weekend. Water system operator was contacted and mailbox was full, thus not allowing a message to be left by Ms. Washburn. Ms. Washburn was upset regarding the fact that no information was relayed to users as to what the problem was nor that work was being done to fix the problem. Ms. Wasburn was very upset about boil water notice for the last year and continuing problems on water system. REHS relayed information regarding water system on SDWIS database and suggested she navigate site to learn more about proper water system operation. REHS left contact information with instructions to call if problem in the future. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
