| Details: | SUMMARY: Bear Creek Hideout Water Outage DETAILS: Spoke to Karen and RC Collins regarding loss of pressure over Labor Day Weekend, after being forwarded their contact information by Amy Chapman. They were very angry at no information being distributed to users on system. Relayed them information obtained from Martin Klinger regarding repairs to system. Spoke to them regarding situation of no filtration for a surface water system. Pressure reading obtained at 400 pm measured at 26 psi. Gave them contact information of REHS and to contact when problems arise in the future. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
