| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint about water. DETAILS: 7/24/0 10:30 AM Talked to Robert Wentz about his water complaint. He had been using quite a bit of water that morning. I measured 0 ppm free chlorine and 0 ppm combined chlorine using a DPD test kit.At about 11AM I tested the water again. There was 1 ppm free chlorine and 0 combined chlorine at that time. Robert Wentz wanted to know if he should still boil his water. He had not seen a boiled water notice since the end of 2009. I told him to boil his water until he hears differently.
