| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed settlement deadlines DETAILS: Chandler called to discuss the current settlement agreement. Chandler stated that all the meters were read and public notices were delivered today. I explained the DBP sampling requirement, and he is going to call Waterlab on 10/6 to get instructions and the correct sample bottles. I explained the requirements of OAR 333-061-0230(2) and that Chandler needs to be working on an appropriate contract. He said he was interested in our draft contract template if we can provide it. He has not called OBDD yet, but said he will call Louise Birk tomorrow (10/6). ACTION NEEDED: Await actions relating to the settlement deadlines. I will call Chandler on 10/12 for an update. | ||
