Details: SUMMARY: LCR sampling not done 01/01/2010 thru 06/30/2010, violation #731796 DETAILS: Violation #731796. Spoke with Dave and explained the situation regarding the LCR and the need to submit five samples. He stated they would sample for LCR as requested and be back in compliance by December 2010. ACTION NEEDED: Submit five samples for LCR.
