| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up regarding LCR sam,pling, violation #694810 DETAILS: Had originally contacted the system on 06/25/10 to follow up and see if they had submitted the six month cycle of LCR samples or not. Gabrielle stated she had just submitted the LCR samples to the lab the day before on 6/24/10. Called Gabrielle again (as well as water lab) on 08/09/10. Verified samples submitted in 6/24, with results reported back on 07/08/10. Explained to Gabrielle the violation has been generated because the results of the LCR samples had not been received by the 10th of July, and that next time to submit the samples earlier to avoid having a violation generated against the system. All the results came back below the MCL for both lead and copper. At this point, no further action is needed by the system (only to submit sample sooner for the next month cycle).
