| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Coliofrm sample positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: In reviewing this alert, the positive sample for coliform was generated on 02/15/10. Four repeat samples, as required by the system and submitted on 0/26/10. Additionally, five routine samples were then submitted the next month on 03/16/10. The system took corrective actions for dealing with this alert and this information has been verified in SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time, still working with system on submitting two raw samples for each of the well heads. | ||
