| Details: | SUMMARY: lead and copper samples 2010 DETAILS: The system collected 5 lead and copper samples on 9/22/10. The samples were sent to the testing lab via UPS on 9/23/10. The lab was notified of damaged received on the freight on 9/29/10. The samples were then sent back to the original lab (Table Rock Analytical). The damaged shipping container was received on 10/4/10. The lab was then able to determine that one of the lead and copper samples collected had been damaged. It was discussed with Chuck and it was decided that if the replacement sample was collected ASAP that it would be allowed for compliance. ACTION NEEDED: DWP notified Table Rock of the decision and the City of Lexington was informed. The replacement lead and copper is to be taken as soon as possible. | ||
