| Details: | DEQ lab notified OHA that Hiland WC - Shady Cove's 9/8/20 cyanotoxin sample arrived at the lab past the 48 hour hold time. Hiland WC - Shady Cove is in a level 3 evacuation zone due to the fires and is not able to resample. | ||
